Bill Spring
Bill is a licensed attorney and an Honors Graduate of the University of Wisconsin. He is a former regional bank board member with Security S&L, later Security Bank, Milwaukee. He is a former NASD licensee as both a general and financial principal for NASD broker-dealer. He was a municipal attorney in Illinois, and a real estate broker licensed in three states. He taught real estate, contract, and securities law at Milwaukee business school.
Bill is currently a self-employed real estate developer and venture capitalist. His most recent project was the award-winning Alta Vista Senior Retirement in Prescott, AZ. www.avprc.com. Prior to that, he developed Golden Corral restaurants in Kingman and Phoenix. He is president and board member of bank subsidiary Security, Spring and Boe investments, which owned and operated around 4,800 apartment units, one and a half million sq. ft. of retail space, and other miscellaneous real estate and venture capital investments.
Bill served in the United States Army infantry and received an honorable discharge. He is married and has three daughters.
