Applicants will fill out the Grants Request Form and submit to Sedona 30. The Request form will be passed onto the Grants Committee to review.
The request is evaluated by the committee after reviewing steps 1 through 4.
1. Does the request benefit a major sector of our community needs?
2. Will the cost satisfy the effort of the Sedona 30 and is there any additional funding from the requesting entity or matching funds?
3. Are there funds in our Treasury Trust to fulfill this request?
4. Is this an individual request or a community request?
If the Grants Committee approves the application, the Executive Board of the Sedona 30 will be notified. If the Executive Board approves the Grant Request, the request will go to the Full membership for a final vote.
If it is approved by the full membership, a requisition goes to the Sedona 30 Treasurer to send the check to the entity, once funds are available.
