​Shell Bleiweiss

Shell Bleiweiss is an environmental and OSHA lawyer, licensed in IL and AZ. He has over 35 years’ experience in private practice in these two areas. He is a leading authority on Superfund cases, and has argued a case before the Illinois Supreme Court. He has been listed as a SuperLawyer and is top ranked by most of the lawyer ranking groups. Prior to going into law, Shell was a wildlife ecologist with a master’s degree and six years’ experience working in that field.

Shell is a former Chair of the ABA’s Environmental Section’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee and has experience in environmental and OSHA mediation and arbitration.

Shell and his wife moved to Sedona in 2016 and live in Cibola Hills in Uptown. Shell is President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cibola Hills Property Owners’ Association.
